A little bit of history

Platform Lab was founded by TechColumbus and the Ohio Supercomputer Center, two non-profit organizations, in 2001 and was initially funded by the Ohio Department of Development. The goal of Platform Lab was to provide a technology resource that would give Ohio firms a competitive advantage by testing technology solutions affordably.  Platform Lab currently operates as part of TechColumbus and provides technology infrastructure to commercial firms around the world.
